Welcome to the most vital organ of the Undercity: The Apothecarium! Here we experiment on the most virulent of Azeroth's exotic specimens. You've caught me in a good mood, so I will let you in on my latest investigation. It appears there is a particularly venomous arthropod stalking the ruins above our fair city.
