You've got that "Windshaper" air about you. Something about how I can feel a tiny bit of static on my skin when near someone spirit-touched that gives it away. Before I properly put you to work around here, you should check in with our resident Windshaper elder, Illaya Amberwind. She's just outside, near the center of town. Oh, and check in with Coriella Calmbreeze as well, she runs the local inn and can provide lodging and supplies, should you need them.

Checked in with Illaya then? Great. Lots of tension between the High Order and the Windshapers these days, but they keep things civil here in Shen'dar. Everyone here is well aware that we've got bigger problems than their quibbles. Now that that's done, you look like someone who might be looking for something to do with their hands and I've got a bandit problem that I was hoping you could help me with.
